Terms of service
These terms apply when you order a website, brand, search visibility or maintenance from Rasterberry OÜ. If a written quote or contract says otherwise, the quote or contract applies.
Effective from 27.09.2026
01Who provides the service
Rasterberry OÜ, registry code 17498895, Kadaka pst 169b-18, 12615 Tallinn, Estonia, info@rasterberry.com, +372 5837 8573.
Rasterberry OÜ is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to prices.
02What we do
Web design and development, brand and visual identity, visibility in Google and AI search (SEO, structured data) and website maintenance. The exact scope, price and timeline are set out in the quote for each project.
03Quotes and orders
- I send a quote by e-mail: scope, price, timeline and number of revision rounds.
- The contract starts when you confirm the quote in writing (an e-mail is enough) and the prepayment has arrived.
- Prices on the website are package prices or starting prices; the final price is in the quote.
04Free sample and audit
The free sample and free audit do not oblige you to order anything. The sample design remains the property of Rasterberry and may only be used if you order work based on it. I make up to 3 free samples a week, so there may be a short queue.
05Payment
- To start, you pay a 50% prepayment by invoice.
- The remaining 50% is paid before the site goes live on your domain or the work is handed over.
- Invoices are due in 7 days unless agreed otherwise. If payment is late, I may pause the work until it is paid.
- Monthly services (maintenance) are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
06How we work and your part
Timelines also depend on how quickly I receive texts, images, access and feedback from you. If the project is on hold on your side for more than 30 days, I may pause it and invoice the work done so far.
You are responsible for making sure that the texts, images, logos and other materials you provide do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
07Revisions
The number of revision rounds included is stated in the package or quote (usually 2). A revision round is one consolidated list of changes. Extra changes are done at the hourly rate or under a separate quote.
08Domain, hosting and third parties
The domain and hosting are registered in your name and you pay the provider directly. I help set everything up. I am not responsible for outages or changed terms of third parties (hosting, domain registries, payment providers, Google, etc.).
09Copyright and ownership
- After full payment, the economic rights to the final approved materials pass to you, and the website and all access remain yours.
- Third-party fonts, stock images and libraries are used under their own licences.
- My reusable code components remain mine, but you may use them on your website without limitation.
- I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
10Support after launch
For 30 days after launch I fix, free of charge, errors caused by my work. Later support and changes are covered by a maintenance plan or the hourly rate.
11Liability
I work carefully, but my liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question. I am not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or changes in the rules of search engines and AI. Nobody can guarantee a specific position in Google.
12Ending the contract
Either party may end a project by written notice. Work done so far is invoiced. The prepayment rules are on the “Refunds and complaints” page.
13If you are a private person (consumer)
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. If you ask me to start before that period ends, you pay proportionally for the work done if you withdraw. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided with your consent.
14Governing law and disputes
Estonian law applies. We first try to resolve disagreements by talking. Disputes with businesses are settled in Harju County Court. Consumers may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee).
15Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. Contracts already signed are governed by the terms valid when they were signed.
