03Who receives the data
- veebimajutus.ee – website hosting and e-mail (data stays in the European Union).
- Google (reCAPTCHA and Google Ads) – data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Calendly, WhatsApp or Telegram – only if you use them yourself to contact me; their own privacy terms apply.
- An accountant and public authorities – only when required by law.
Personal data is never sold or shared for marketing.
04How long data is kept
- Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: up to 24 months, so the conversation can be continued if needed.
- Contracts, invoices and related correspondence: 7 years (Estonian Accounting Act).
- Consent to receive the guide: until you withdraw it.
05Your rights
- To know what data I process about you and receive a copy.
- To have incorrect data corrected.
- To have data deleted when it is no longer needed or processing was based on consent.
- To restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- To withdraw consent at any time.
Write to info@rasterberry.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

The website runs over HTTPS, form data is sent encrypted and only I have access to the mailbox. I do not make automated decisions or profile anyone.
