Polina Golubeva, founder of Rasterberry OÜ in Tallinn. I design and build websites and brands for small businesses from start to finish: from structure and design to code, search visibility and the first enquiries.

I’m a designer and developer and the founder of Rasterberry. I’ve worked in design for over ten years, and for the last three I’ve been building websites from start to finish: from logo to code, to search visibility and first clients.

Before that I spent a long time at a small startup and saw every day how hard it is for a small business to get a proper website that actually works. I know this problem from the inside.

My prices are affordable not because a website is a small thing, but because I understand what matters to small businesses, startups and sole traders. I work fast and carefully, so you get a site that looks good, gets found and fits your budget. Right now new clients get launch prices.

I speak Estonian, Russian and English, so we can talk in whichever language suits you.

Why Rasterberry?

As a kid my nickname was Golubika: my surname is Golubeva, and the blueberry is my favourite berry and one of my favourite colours. That is where berry comes from.

Raster comes from the design world. Graphics are either vector or raster. Vector is perfect formulas you can scale to any size. Raster is pixels: what people actually see on a screen. I work with both, but I never forget the main thing: clients don’t see a mockup, they see the screen of their phone.

A raster image is thousands of tiny pixels. On their own none of them means anything; together they make a picture. That is how I build websites: speed, copy, buttons, SEO – small details that add up to a website that brings clients. That is why the logo is a berry made of pixels.

Raster is what every screen is made of. Berry is what I’m made of.
