Data processing terms
When I build or maintain your website, I may see data your visitors send through forms. You are the controller of that data and I am the processor. These terms are part of our contract.

01When these terms apply
When building, launching and maintaining a website, if I have access to data in your website, forms, mailbox or admin panel.
02Only on your instructions
I process personal data only to carry out the project and on your written instructions, never for my own purposes.
03Confidentiality and security
- I keep data confidential and use it only when needed.
- I use strong passwords, two-factor sign-in and secure connections.
- I delete temporary copies when the work is finished.
04Sub-processors
Hosting, e-mail or form services may be needed to provide the service. I only use reliable providers, preferably in the EU, and tell you in advance about any new sub-processor.
05Help with requests and incidents
I help you answer people’s requests about their data. If I notice a data breach, I will notify you without delay and within 48 hours at the latest.
06When we stop working together
When our cooperation ends, I return or delete your customers’ personal data unless the law requires it to be kept.
